Conduct technical evaluation of offered bids on e-procurement portal and perform inspection upon delivery to ensure the requirements as per relevant standards are met.* Perform studies, failure analysis, RCA and failure investigation and prepares reports for the failure of equipment components, making recommendations for and executing those corrective actions.* Familiar and/or proficient in standards ASME BPVC Sections II-A, II-D, V, VII, VIII Div.1, IX (Welding), ASME B31.3, API-510, 570, 571, 650, 653, 945, TEMA, NACE SP-0472 and other standards relevant to stationary equipment manufacturing, maintenance and inspection.

During the 2 year Training as an Associate for 1 year I was rotated through different trades of the company as part of a cross-functional training. In the second year I was in the Projects Department in which I worked as Site Representative at Relocation and Revamping of Gas Engine Compressors at from Sui Gas Field to Kandhkot Gas Field. As part of Kandhkot Production Enhancement this project which costed resulted in an increase of 50MMSCFD of gas production where my responsibiliity included1. Review of documentation including Work Procedures, Schedules, ITP, WPS, PQR, P&IDs, Plot Plans, Piping Isos, Civil & Mechanical structural drawings, E&I plan drawings, one line diagrams etc. 2. Implementation of Civil, Mechanical, Electrical & Instrumentation Activities as per standards, procedures and drawings including conducting snspections at various stages of the project.3. Ensuring quality of work and safe execution of the jobs in line with codes and PPL's QHSE procedures.4. Review of as-built documentation and handing over of the facility with all relevant documentation.

Worked as SMS Management Trainee in the Engineering Department's Inspection Section and the Planning & Development Department. Carried out Inspections of Live Plant as well as the Attock Refinery Up-gradation Project 2013. Worked as coordinator for the 75 day revamp shutdown of the 20000 bpsd Crude Unit to Increase it's capacity to 32400 bspd.
