Osman's passion is providing tailored consulting solutions in organizational change management so that SMEs and family companies can break through organizational bottlenecks and thrive. ,With a diverse and extensive professional journey spanning over 20 years, Osman has worked with international organizations across various regions, including Canada, the USA, Turkey, Germany, and the MENA regions.Osman holds a bachelor's degree from Babson College, an MBA from the International University of Japan, and an Honorary MBA from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. He has also received executive training from the University of Pennsylvania CSIS and Harvard University Kennedy School of Government.Currently pursuing his doctorate at Grenoble Ecole de Management, Osman's research centers on "Resistance to Change in SMEs and Family Enterprises."
