- Advising and representing one of the largest conglomerates in Bangladesh with a number of their disputes arising out of PPA with BPDB and other relevant agencies before the Bangladesh Energy Regulatory Commission and the Supreme Court of Bangladesh. - Advised and represented various procuring entities and bidders before the Central Procurement Technical Unit (CPTU) on various tender related issues and disputes. - Advising and representing a number of Bangladeshi contractors with their dispute arose out of Building and Engineering Contracts with the various government procuring agencies in a number of arbitrations. - Advising BAPEX on various legal issues. - Representing an IT company before the Bangladesh Competition Commission with its application against three major telecom operators in Bangladesh. Because of the matter, BRTC introduced a new policy on that subject matter.
