(ASP.NET 3. 5, C#.NET, Java, JSP, MS SQL Server, PHP 5, MySQL 5); Developed "Security Management System"; web-based software developed in JSP providing security layer to Askari bank's core banking solution software.Developed "Data Enrichment Application", intended to provide correct data to Oracle Reveleus Application. The software used ASP.NET 3.5, Ajax, Web Services and Oracle, and has been used for the Credit Risk Weightage Average calculations according to rules for credit risk management under Basel-II.Developed database project "Know Your Customer" in ASP.NET 3.5 front-end and Oracle as backend database. The software was intended for 200 plus Askari Bank branches maintaining the risk profiles of entire customer base (over 40,000) of the Bank.Developed database project to act as online software for all the foreign incoming remittances to Askari Bank accounts through PHP, Ajax & MySQL. The final version is accessible online; Developed "Technical Support System" database software as a support system for complaints from different branches nationwide, performed complaints follow-ups, displayed departmental graphs, as well generated different kind of reports. The software has integration of inbound, outbound mails and SMS text messages. The technology used was PHP 5 & MySQL 5.

Design and development of software in various languages.

(ASP.NET, VB.NET, MS SQL Server)Responsibilities included development of various Call Center related softwares and management of different services.Developed "Call Evaluation System", online database-based call evaluation system to evaluate the Customer Services Representatives (CSRs) for different calls. The software has the functionality to display the current net percentage of a CSR for the total number of calls received, and to display the areas in which further improvement is required.Enhanced a graph-based application, showing call related information; the average ring time of calls, the average talk time, the number of calls received, the call distribution (number of calls handled by Interactive Voice Response IVR and calls handled by CSRs).Developed an "ATM Monitoring System", database software developed in ASP.NET 2.0 & SQL Server 2005 stored procedures, having intention to convert the Excel based reporting to software based and to maintain status and operational record of Askari Bank ATMs all over Pakistan.Developed Intranet website for the call center showing different information regarding the bank operations, products and employees, with an integrated module of "Branch Network" that maintains the complete directory of branches along with employees of Askari Bank all over Pakistan.Working knowledge of Interactive Voice Response (IVR), Computer Telephony Integration (CTI), NC3 Application for CSRs by NCR, Customer Management System for Askari bank (CMS), Symposium Client Application (SMI).Performed daily backup processed of ATM transactions on PHOENIX server.Other responsibilities included maintenance of call center LAN.
