• Multi-protocol Zigbee and Bluetooth wireless communication system implementation on hardware level. - Hardware design and technical structure development. - Antenna design and optimum antenna selection for industrial lighting products.• For Hardware Design and Development: - Low power digital electronics and high voltage power supply system designs; - LED driver power supply design; - Light Engine design with different type of LEDs; - Multi-layer PCB design (considering EMC and Safety constraints) by using Altium/SolidWorks PCB;• For Hardware Testing and Compliance: - Testing and fault-finding on the desired functionality of the o Power supply units o Light engines o Communication PCBs o Complete luminaire. - Luminaire level 60598 standard testing and EMC-safety compliance. - Planning manufacturing level test and validation process.

• For Wi-Fi and Zigbee and NFC, solely responsible to design and develop the below technologies:o Antenna design and selection of optimum antenna for specific products;o Antenna matching;o RF front end PCB layout;o PCB trace and PIFA antenna characterisation; ando 13.56 MHz NFC communication system design.• For Hardware Design and Development:o Low power digital electronics and high power SMPS system designs; o Multi-layer PCB design (considering EMC and Safety constraints) by using Altium/SolidWorks PCB;o Considering the Design for Manufacturability (DFM) constraints; ando Testing and fault-finding on the desired functionality of the system.• Collaborating with the Software and the Mechanical Teams while carrying out the above tasks in order meet their needs and have a flawless and fully functioning system architecture.
