This platform is designed to optimize processes, enhance user experience, and maintain consistency across 35 regions in 16 languages, all while delivering the exceptional service that American Express is known for- Collaborate closely with the product team to outline a roadmap for upcoming market launches, ensuring that we meet both our business goals and our customers’ needs- Foster collaboration across various teams, including business partners, operations, and product management, to achieve high-quality outcomes that benefit everyone involved- Lead the end-to-end technology strategy and capability development, actively participating in the discovery and creation of comprehensive technical and business solutions for new applications within the servicing portal domain- Mentor junior developers, creating a supportive environment that encourages open communication and effective problem-solving, ultimately boosting team productivity and efficiency- Ensure our PI planning targets are met by carefully considering technical requirements, user experience, and system integration to deliver successful projects- Leverage data-driven insights and tools like PEGA, GitHub, Microsoft Office, JIRA, Visual Studio, and Postman to continuously improve our products and features, always with an eye towards enhancing our customers’ experiences
