Business critical apps moved into clustered systems with fully redundant hardware. Data storage systems uses geo-distributed equipment on backup sites. Backup sites prepared and tested along with disaster recovery plan and business continuity plan. Manage the process of adding "Tier 3 certified" site to our infrastructure and integrating it into our processes.• Offshoring60% of the workforce have been moved to regional branches of the company. Now more than 80% IT employees are working in regional offices. This has improved financial indicators of costs • R&DThe department responsible for public web-services meting clients and market need is created.
