Andres works at Seven Arrows Elementary, private elementary school in Pacific Palisades, California where he is Director of Arts and Environmental Programs. As a member of the Leadership Team, Andres directs the curriculum integration of the Global Festivals with the Arts Departments, is the liaison between the Faculty, Staff and Administration with the Board of Trustees and was the leader of the CAIS Accreditation process for the school. Andres is also the band leader for 'The Sparrows', Seven Arrows' own parent band.Andres' music work is currently focused on his project: La Cienaga Collective which he co-leads with Larry John McNally and Axel Hernandez. La Cienaga Collective is a band that mixes the music that came about around the 'Cienaga' of the Mississippi River (Blues), and the music sensibility of the Cienage dle Magdalena (Cumbia), as well as the wealth music that sits in traffic on La Cienega Blvd in Los Angeles (Pop/Rock and pretty much everything else).La Cienaga Collective is currently recording its debut album under the production genius of Lee Curreri.
