I am a Field Services Engineer at Future Pipe Industries (FPI), a global leader in the design and manufacture of Fiberglass Reinforced Pipe (FRP) systems. With over 11 years of experience in the FRP industry, I hold HP LIFE certifications in Effective Leadership, Inventory Management, and Business Communication, demonstrating my skills and knowledge in managing projects, teams, and resources.My core competencies include problem solving, root cause analysis, technical support, quality control, safety standards, and cross-functional collaboration. I have improved the overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) for eight production lines by implementing lean manufacturing principles and reducing machine downtime, waste, and defects. I have also trained and supervised a team of 70 workers, providing them with the necessary skills and knowledge to operate the machinery and equipment efficiently and safely. My mission is to deliver high-quality FRP products and services that meet the specifications and expectations of our clients and stakeholders.
