-Managing all IT tasks related to the Call Center, restaurants branches, our factory and the HQ of the company.-IT support and online help desk support to all the branches 24/7.- Configure and perform advanced diagnostics on Network Infrastructure components.-Plan, configure and installation of the LAN Infrastructure with Switch, Routers and connect all the branches to the HQ.- Perform hardware fault isolation and repair on time.- Establishing the connectivity of the branches to the call center and to the H.Q. Diagnoses and resolves end-user network or local printer problems, PC hardware problems and servers, e-mail, Internet, dial-in, and local-area network access problems.5. Coordinates timely repair of PC computer equipment covered by third-party vendor maintenance agreements.6. Performs minor desktop hardware repair for PC computer equipment and peripherals that are not covered by third-party vendor maintenance agreements.7. Helps install local area network cabling systems and equipment such as network interface cards, routers and switches.
