We make gelato fresh every morning at our Gelato Laboratory. We are looking for perfection in every gelato that we produce; perfect texture, balance of flavors and beautiful appearance. Every fresh fruit we used, we supplied by local farmers with the highest quality fruit. We exclusively use their products to local fruit season. For each fruit that is not grown locally, we obtain from the supplier of assured quality. Every month there will always be a different fruit depending on the season and we always create different flavors of gelato.
