- Following acquisition of last Corbis picture entities by Silverhub I’m currently working on business development and Account Management of bespoke photography assignment division. - Generating new business, building database of creatives, working with PR companies, agents, corporate clients, brands, News organisations and celebrities to coordinate photo shoots and delivery of projects.- Working with News and Picture Desks to develop features and news stories by coordinating foreign assignments. Over the last 4 years I’ve managed photo assignments in over 90 countries.- Working with Sports rights holders to provide editorial, creative and PR related content. - Utilising database of over 5k photographers in 155 countries to build assignment network able to undertake Corporate, Editorial or Commercial assignment briefs.

Following sale of Corbis' picture archive and Demotix to Visual China Group I was asked to remain at Splash News, the last remaining picture entity within the group and head up Splash Celebrity and Brand engagement in London office. - Worked with PR agencies / Talent Management and brands to arrange picture and video assignments- Negotiated contracts and led outreach to production companies for on-set photography- Worked with brands to build new products related to brand coverage and celebrity engagement. - Led new photographer acquisition to build picture assignment service

• Head of Demotix Editorial and Sales expansion from Start-Up in 2009 to acquisition by Corbis in 2013• Established direct sales and distributor sales network to bring in annual revenue of 850k at point of acquisition. Negotiated all contracts relating to content distribution and helped draw up terms and conditions of use.Played key role in Project management of acquisition process, positioning of brand within wider Corbis group and staff training. Established tech specifications for picture feed into Newspapers & distributors and key role in wider product launches relating to picture assignments.• Post-acquisition role centred on production and acquisition of editorial content. Oversaw revenue increase to 2.4 million per annum while establishing a profitable photography assignment division.• Drove social media engagement which saw Demotix become an agency at the forefront of User Generated Content and it’s use within the mainstream media. Built up a contact base of over 5k professional photographers in over 150 countries.• Worked on numerous high-profile stories to generate revenue, increase site traffic and raise the profile of the agency. Conducted interviews on Al Jazeera, wrote press releases, built media contacts and spoke at conferences relating to News, Photography and Social Media engagement. • Worked closely with site developers to provide design and functionality feedback along with driving UX testing on site which saw user base grow to 60,000 sign ups and 1.8m unique site visitors per month
