I am COO of Notable Growth, a specialized Martech consultancy that works with companies on building and maintaining best-in-class marketing experiences. I previously helped scale a mobile product agency from a start-up of two to a mobile product consultancy with 60 employees between Mumbai and Brooklyn. Responsible for strategy, operations, and talent company-wide, I am particularly skilled at creating cultures and establishing processes that help employees collaborate efficiently and happily. I got my MBA in digital strategy from NYU Stern, where I was also a teaching fellow for bestselling author Scott Galloway. Prior to Heady, I worked in luxury retail at De Beers and Georg Jensen, and at branding and e-commerce agencies. I continue to draw from those experiences as I oversee partnerships with start-ups and Fortune500 companies alike.
