Our training program equips individuals with the skills and techniques to effectively deal with emotional confrontations, and turn it towards a positive outcome for the individual and the company.For training courses conducted by Ascella Consulting Sdn Bhd, the course content will be delivered through games, experiential learning, short lectures, group discussions, group presentations, practical demonstration and skill practice during the training program.The training program will adopt principles of excellerated training – a US based technology which is the improved and advanced accelerated learning that focus on experiential learning to deliver the content of the training to the participants. The foundation of this technology is based on the work of Dr Georgi Lozanov, and was outlined in his report to the UNESCO Expert Working Group in December 1978. By using direct, physical experiences to absorb and integrate information, this allows us to deliver a large amount of information effectively in a relatively short amount of time.The program is experiential in nature and consists of:- 60% games or activities, 25% debrief and 15% lecture for the main training activities.
