Co-created R&D dept at SoftServe Inc. in 2008 and led technology researches there till 2018, as R&D Principal Technologist, building multiple cutting-edge techs for technology leaders (Samsung, Cisco, Microsoft etc.).In charge of all technical things, projects and researches, technology consulting within R&D group at SoftServe, focusing on Artificial Intelligence (Speech/NLP, Computer Vision / Object Recognition, Affective Computing), Networking and Embedded Systems (co-processors, custom chips and devices, FPGA). Established research methodology based on scientific method and tailored to organization specific technologies and interfaces. Developed strategic competencies such as Security Consulting, Usability Assessment, Application Architecture Assessment (App360), Enterprise Application Integration.The day-to-day responsibilities included technology research, technology consulting, building technological capacity and IP according to company needs and external trends. Overseing development of new technologies, long-term and "big picture", building deep technical knowledge of the relevant fields, familiarity with regulatory (e.g. FDA, HIPAA), familiarity with IP (patents, licensing).
