• Work in the optimization of process output and throughput, equipment utilization, equipment downtime, waste reduction/yield improvements, budget management, standard cost and capital investment management. • Provides technical support to the Production areas in evaluating process deficiencies, process changes, modifications and equipment failure.• Defines, analyzes, reviews and evaluates problems for prompt solutions.  • Determines, adapts, and modifies methods and standards to control all aspects of assigned projects or portions of major projects. • Perform Investigation and writes NC Reports following the established timeline. • Routes and follows up the NC Reports through the evaluation, review and approval processes to comply with the established timeline. • Performs and evaluates established Production Operation metrics for Manufacturing and Packaging Areas. • Supports manufacturing in the day-to-day troubleshooting of equipment’s. • Leads mitigations to determine the root cause, provide recommendations and may lead NCR’s and CAPA depending on the need or root cause.• Revise and maintain engineering, equipment’s and process procedure (SAP). • Participates in GMP audits regarding equipment recording and machine performance. • Develops new ideas within incoming processes. • Coordinates communications and interfaces within end users and machine manufacturers or suppliers. • Evaluates and reports machinery trends and OEE reports. • Writes, develops and implements validation procedures. • Solves manufacturing problems in a timely manner.  Quality - Services must be of high quality to prevent or reduce to a minimum production's downtimes. • Engaged in contacts with personnel at all levels within the organization.  Considerable contact with quality control departments and headquarter offices.

• Group supervision and coordinate the work activities in deviceassembly into finished products in the packaging manufacturing line.• Provide administrative and operational support.• Coordinate associate training for compliance with all regulatory, corporate, and local policies.• Production data entry and documentation.• Monitor volume, production performance and distribute resources as needed. • Ensure a safe assembly line in production. • Assist in the supervision for established manufacturing line, ensuring optimal use of equipment, personnel, and materials.• Participate and support safety initiatives within the facility, such as emergency response, ergonomics, safe behavior program, etc.• Participation in Lean Initiatives and Continuous Improvement Projects.• Monitor attendance for Facilitator approval and investigate discrepancies as need.• When required, assist Facilitator in the investigation and documentation of a Non-conformance, using Ethicon PM System, (NC's & PCR's/change control system).

Perform preventive / corrective maintenance to the machines. Verify that the machines operate in good condition and comply with Good Manufacturing Practices, and these are documented in the MAXIMO system corrective maintenance. Properly dispose of cloths, spare parts or material or waste produced during maintenance work or for some. Participate in special projects assigned by their supervisor. Participate in the preparation ("Set-up") line or manufacturing equipment when required. Make adjustments; diagnose failures ("troubleshooting") and repairs manufacturing machines when needed. Support / Working in various activities aimed at maintaining and improving the levels of efficiency of the equipment's area of responsibility.
