I was part of a distributed team based in Mozambique that delivered software with great social value and impact in multiple countries across Africa and Greece.I mostly worked on: emprego.co.mz, douleuw.gr and biscate.co.mz.- Increased the perceived page loading speed in 28% using Service Workers and Web Cache- Improved user experience and decreased number of complaints in 40% by adding Oauth2 login with social networks- Moved our build flow from bash scripts that only worked on linux and not everyone in the team could understand, to javascript scripts that were familiar to everyone in the team.- Transformed excel reports that were manually created daily, into a real-time web dashboard using google data studio.

I made part of a team responsible for developing an online platform that allowed users to get online medical assistance whenever they needed, using a web browser or mobile app.I worked at every stage of the project, from concept and designing the product to development and delivery.- Built a web app based on laravel, vuejs, pusher, mysql and webpack- Liaised with stakeholders from public and private sector

I worked at moovi, on the development of a web dashboard for Care international, that displayed summaries of data collected about households, using a polymer frontend and firebase as a PaaS for storing data and user authentication.Because we were a small startup of three members, I also helped planning and implementing our business processes and strategic goals.

While in University, I had an internship at Critical Software, an international company that provides systems, software and data engineering services for safety, mission and business-critical applications.As a means of gaining work experience, I worked in the requirements gathering, analysis, system design and implementation of a Web application for managing internal projects and tasks assessment using java, Spring, hibernate, pgSql, the ZK framework and SVN for code versioning
