Summary:Extensive experience in the restoration of historical buildings and residential design,having practiced in the New York Metropolitan area since 1981.The focus of our Architectural practice is to achieve a high quality product appropriate to theclient’s needs as well as the careful and efficient long term use of the clients resources. The key to achieving these objectives is an emphasis on clear communications with owners and contractors throughout the process from the inception of the project, setting the objectives, budgets, preparing plans and specifications and throughout contract administration. Field inspections, including hands-on observation are standard practice for all projects. Mr. Bertolini is a registered Architect credited with licenses in New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania as well as National Council of Architectural Registration Boards NCARB, and is a member of the American Society of Architects.
