The position is responsible for leading an assigned regional team involved in the auditing of residential customer accounts, ensuring achievement of established targets, and adherence to Company and regulatory standards. 1. Develops work programmes, resource and manage projects for an assigned region.2.Provides technical guidance to audit teams to ensure adherence to operating procedures and standards.3.Monitors operations in assigned region to identify and correct non-compliance with prescribed operational requirements.4.Measures and controls the utilization of resources including assigned budget.5. Monitors the work output of each unit.6.
