Currently, at the position of EHS/PS regional leader, I am responsible for developing, reviewing and implementing the Health, Safety and Environment & Process Safety Management System by integrating corporate SHE policies and regional strategies.I also lead the global EHS/PS Compliance Program in the region, planning and conducting internal audits (or leading others teams), in manufacturing locations, warehouse and R&D centers.In the position of Quality Engineer, my main responsibilities were to ensure the Quality Management System for Health, Safety and Environment while maintaining the updates which are always needed to keep the system effective.I was responsible for the implementation project of Standard NBR ISO14001: 1996 OHSAS 18001 and the Guidelines: 1999, where I coordinated and defined the key concepts applied to the management system.I was responsible for the process implementation and certification of NBR ISO9001:2000 and ISO/TS16949:2002.I worked as a Process Engineer, having as my main responsibilities the technical support in engineering for troubleshooting, project evaluation for continuous improvement, as well as the transfer of technology from other manufacturing units. I was also responsible for setting priorities for production, evaluation and final disposal of materials, seeking continuous improvement of products and processes.I also worked as a lead auditor, according to specific norms, for Quality Management Systems, in the areas of Occupational Health, Safety and Environment.
