• Motivated, screened, and answered multiple applicants questions per day• Daily sourcing of candidates via job boards, referrals, and ad response.• Sourced viable candidates through US Job portal i.e., JobDiva (a software with real-time integration of Monster, career builder, indeed and Dice).• Interviewed and screened candidates on a weekly basis. • Built company database for future potential hires• Responsible for searching and recruiting the candidates on various IT/Non-IT skills• Matching the profile of the candidate as per the job description.• Conducting initial interviews by phone to determine experience and skill level.• Ensuring that resume appropriately reflects candidate s experience and requirement.• Negotiating salaries with candidates and pay rates with subcontracting companies to close the position.• Arranging client interviews and completing required paperwork if candidate gets selected for the position.• Ensuring that adequate number of qualified candidates is submitted for all assigned client requirements in a timely manner.• Convincing candidates on their respective offers and terms and conditions of the firm.• Coordinating, scheduling, & conducting interviews.• Keeping track of responses & short-listing profiles.• Direct sourcing candidates using advanced Internet and various recruitment techniques.
