Riyadh Metro Project (Tracks & Depot)Project: Design and Build of 2 Metro Lines 1 & 2 as part of the Riyadh Metro Project with an estimated contact value of $10 billion. The lines involve Viaduct, At-Grade, tunnels, 41 stations and 13 shafts. The total lengths of lines 1 and 2 are 39 km and 26 km respectively. Position: Field Engineer –Track Works Responsibilities:  Planning the installation of the track works, Preparation of the scope documents for Inclusion in the Invitations to Tender, Review of design deliverables for the track turnouts,  Contributing to design/constructability reviews of design packages of Tunnels, Overseeing the installation of the track and MEPF works in tunnels, Monitoring tunnel activities affecting scheduled track access dates,  Preparation of technical documents for construction execution, Supervision of site execution in accordance with Project procedures and standards.

Project: Construction of Support Buildings along with a Guard house and steel gate with high security standard (Blast Proof). The project required demolition/relocation of existing structures (walls, roads, curbs, irrigation system, etc…), and construction of a detour. In Addition, a new road (ASHTO STANDARD) was constructed to connect the two separated facilities. Position: Project EngineerResponsibilities:  Management of site activities while maintaining quality and budget Coordination of subcontractors and their associated activities. Reporting progress/status of the project to the Client and management. Preparation of reports and execution plans  Preparation of technical proposals including drafting of shop drawings. Cost Estimation for multiple ARAMCO Bids: Preparation of the BOQ and cost estimates for the SBM ltd tender leading to the placement of the contract.
