In charge of managing all People & Perfomance across Alloha and its commercial brands, also Project Managing Officer area and recently I took the responsability for Institutional Marketing & Corporate Communication and ESG Program.

- Global Head for Shared Services Operations in 5 End to End processes in RHI Magnesita: Order to Cash, Purchase to Pay, Record to Report, Hire to Retire and Master Data Management;- 4 Hubs implemented and supporting the operations across all continents;- Performance driven operations by improving transactions/FTE and cost/transactions and also by increasing the level of automation and standardization in processes;- High level of Quality Standards trough a complete range of Service Level Agreements.

- Leader of one of the 6 Workstreams to prepare the merger integration of RHI & Magnesita working with Organizational Developement, Synergies, day 1 post merger preparation and others.

Member of Executive Comitee and Responsible for 2 main global areas:Target Management - Owner of the whole process of target cascading, main guidelines, monthly results meetings, action plans follow up and routine management.People Area - Global and Corporate– mainly development matters as Global Trainee Programs, Leadership development, Executive Search, Engagement, Talent Pool Management and Succession Maps; - Regional People & Culture Areas - whole people operations responsability such as payroll, union negotiation, people budget (aprox. U$ 200milions) and soft facilities management.

- Responsible for 3 corporate HR areas (Payroll, Benefits, and Labor Medicine);- 8 Regional HR Offices responsible for approx 4500 R&S process, Training, Hiring & Transfers; - Labor Relations at 40 sites in 9 states in Brazil.

In charge of managing 3 BUs, both Sales and Operations, Marketing, Business Inteligence and Planning&Controlling:-Operations: Aprox.8.000 employees in Brazil (all regions), 130 people in the back office team, over than 150 main clients in portfolio and full P&L responsability.-Outsourcing BU has 4 divisions (Mechandising, Sales, Logistics&Operations and Administrative Support);- Temporary workforce BU has general staffing solutions to our clients’operations in the industry, services and retail;-Complete offering for recruiting mainly to operational levels.

BU Head responsible for operational and commercial activities leading a 6 consultants team;• Commercial strategy focused on large corporations based on market segmentation: Automotive, Consumer Goods, Telecommunications & Technology, Retail, Logistics, Mining & Siderurgy, etc.; • Responsible for the increase of the team productivity by organizing weekly team meetings and providing consultants individual feedbacks; • Working within recruitment process placing professionals such as directors and senior managers in Logistics, Purchasing, Demand Planning and Customer Services practices;
