As a Billing Systems Analyst Lead I'm responsible for managing teams for one or multiple Managed Services deals, working with resource enablement, delivering SLAs and milestones-based deliverables on target for either Operations, Development (where applicable) and/or Support of the CSG software assets, solutions and services.
