Regarded historically as the ‘Mother of Arts’ or the primary art, architecture embraces all branches of art as well as many other supportive specialties such as building technology and interior design; whereas urbanism is the setting for architecture in its surrounding landscape, natural or designed, representing the planned outcome for any group of architectural works in how they are ordered and incorporated within a framework, allowing for the ever-increasing demands for expansion and change in tune with the living communities they support.As such, the vision of Berenice University is based on the absolute credence that architecture and urbanism should take their natural place when it comes to shaping the physical environment of cities by making the appropriate professional decision that addresses the programme and the context achieving the most fitting solutions for it. -Expansion and renovation project working alongside a licensed architect/professor at the University of Kansas. -Project includes designing a fellowship hall attached to the current building, along with redesigning interior spaces for a more efficient layout and circulation. -Responsibilities included drawing current plans, elevations, sections and digitally modeling the Church. Involved in a four day charrette process which consisted of programming, façade design, and graphical representation for final presentation.

-Involved in a process of critical thinking amongst team members through conceptual and schematic design. -Developed 3d models and line drawings to a graphical standard for client presentations and interviews. -Involved in the client meeting process throughout projects. -Project experience includes office towers/parks, residential master planning, data centers, theme park, and mixed use projects.

-Assisted in the development of Newforma Software (information system software) within three offices (http://www.newforma.com/). Also trained employees how to use the software. -Developed a Wiki web site for inter-office use. Trained employees how to use and add content to the Wiki environment. -Involved in a process to enhance unit type drawings to an office standard. Process required translating many unit types to a consistent level of graphics through communication with office members, and upper management individuals.
