- Identifying areas where solutions would improve business performance.- Offer comprehensinve guidance and expertise on high quality sales strategies to support the team members.- Collaborate with sales representatives to create and refine sales strategies tailored to optimize quality, ensuring high conversion rates and customer satisfaction.- Deliver training modules, workshop and resources to enhance the team's understanding, solutions, tools, and best practices.- Provide constructive feedback, additional coaching, and ,mentoring to sales team members based on high quality evaluations, aiming to enhance their sales techniques, communication skills, and customer engagement. - Provide timely assitancee to resolve complex issues, troubleshoot challenges, and offer solutions to drive sales performance.- Continuously provide data-driven callouts for the need to provide to refine and develop sales processes to align with the best practices, and evolving customer expectations.- Work closely with QA's and TL's to provide and receive insights that support team member's development and facilitate collaborative overview and efforts.- Deepen the team's understanding of products- services offered, ensuring they possess comprehensive knowledge to effectiveley communicate product features, benefits, and unique selling points.- Maintain accurate documentations of processes, updates, and improvements while generating insighful reports to track progress and identify areas for further enhacement.
