Greetings,I’m Othelo, a student of Architecture and Physical Planning. I value the opportunity to study both fields simultaneously, as it allows me to merge the understanding of social relations and processes with the practical application of architectural concepts, creating solutions that positively impact both the environment and the community.In addition to my primary focus, I excel in communication and graphic design, which enhances my ability to present ideas with precision and clarity. I am also a dedicated volunteer, and a lifelong learner, always seeking opportunities to grow and make a positive impact.I have participated in significant projects, including the rehabilitation of the Mural dos Poetas in Mafalala (Maputo, Mozambique), which was a cultural intervention aimed at enhancing local identity. I was also part of the winning team in the 1st edition of the Open House 2022 Maquette Contest, which focused on recognizing Maputo City's architecture and heritage. Furthermore, one of my illustrative design works was internationally recognized, securing the sixteenth position in the Reimagining Architecture and Urbanism in the Post-Pandemic World through Illustration competition.Driven by a strong desire to contribute to sustainable urban development, I aim to create solutions that address the needs of entire communities.
