My role:- Advised on visual and narrative strategy - Edited footage with Adobe Premiere, AfterEffects, and Final Cut Pro- Created taxonomy for a catalog of footage from nearly 10 years of location shoots

Jonathan Kaiser is an artist whose work crosses boundaries between the worlds of music, fine art, and cinema. Recent projects include exhibitions at Minneapolis Institute of Arts and Rochester Art Center. His work has been supported by grants from the Jerome Foundation and the Minnesota State Arts Board, and he has contributed artworks to group and collaborative exhibitions at Intermedia Arts, Minneapolis; EFA Project Space, NYC; MU Eindhoven, The Netherlands; Mass MOCA, North Adams; and others.

As a graduate student, I taught foundation level courses in the Experimental and Media Arts area of the Fine Arts Department at the University of Minnesota. My classes used digital video, audio, animation, and imaging as tools for creative practice, while thinking critically about key issues surrounding these media in contemporary art and culture.
