During this tenure, I drove execution and fabrication works on sites and in workshop with a team of 4 Production Coordinators, one draughtsman, 2 procurement & logistics officers, one workshop Forman and storekeeper, along with more than 100 labors of different disciplines, involving joinery, glass and aluminum, signage, CNC router, structural steel & mezzanines, stainless steel, roller shutter, painters, gypsum, masons, tilers. Identified new projects with CEO & Managing Director and established workshops by creating and executing various business strategies, goals and objectives into practically achievable performance indicators. Managed procurement by outsourcing the materials and services as needed, outsourcing and managing subcontractors.Accomplished various projects on design and contracting services to the most enterprising and value driven companies in the world representing various well-known retail brands, food & beverages, office & banks, and residential like: Costa, Starbucks, Virgin megastores, Early Learning Centre, Marks & Spencer, Ahli Bank, The Body Shop, BEBE, BHS, DUNE, Oculis, RIVA, Boggi, ZARA, Mango, Punt O Roma, DKNY, Mikyajy, Guess, Aldo, IBQ, Vinci Camuto, The Kooples, Ted Baker, Spring Field, Super Dry, Baid and Tomat, Massimu Dutti, Valentino, Babel, Debenhams, Oyshu, H&M, Top Shop, Body Shop, Pull & Bear, etc.Successfully reduced and controlled expenses by optimizing on-site work processes and coordinated as well as directed the team members to increase individual performance, set realistic improvement goals, implemented measures and strategic operating plan through cost evaluation, estimation, etc. Improved the products and processes to minimize the waste and allocating appropriate staff levels. Introduced a new product line to the organization by initiating Metal, Glass back painted glass & Signage division that results in the elimination of outsourcing needs and achieve saving on the cost & time to the half.

Whilst as IT Manager, I managed day to day IT requirements of the university, including user management, troubleshooting, help, and advice, maintaining desktop applications, local area networks, IT security and telecommunications. Streamlined and improved the IT infrastructure through to implementing new technologies as well as developing & maintaining the University IT systems, software, and databases.Carried out activities related to hardware and software installation, maintenance and repair, security and disaster recovery, maintaining documentation of changes regarding users, functions & systems along with the management of server software and associated backup routines. Successfully managed the internal & hosted network infrastructure including firewalls, servers, switches, and telephony. Conducted routine audits of systems and software, recommended and implemented improvements and efficiencies to achieve operational excellence.

As Teacher, I designed and taught Computer related courses BT1, BT2, and BT3 classrooms.

As Shop Manager, I understood and managed all guests’ needs and special requests. Empowered the team to satisfy guests and resolve problems. Monitored and adjusted the products according to established standards. Ensured quality food and beverages are served to each guest.Educated on the Guest Satisfaction Survey program and ensured receipt are issued with each order. Ensured adherence to food safety, sanitation and cleanliness standards. Completed weekly food and paper inventory. Successfully managed daily cash management functions and maintained and updated database.

Initially, I designed and taught lessons in Math, Science, and Computer for grades 7th, 8th, and 9th. Participated in school and parent conferences.
