- Lead auditor & Lead investigator.- Assess Co-manufacturers quality system, process capabilities and follow up on corrective actions.- Validate ingredients, packaging & product specifications.- Follow up on industrialization test and production, evaluate the risks and implement preventive actions.- Create and Implement the Manufacturing Control Plan and ensure the continuous improvement of the processes.- Ensure tracking of projects, deliverables and respect of timelines for new developments.- Key contact for Supply Chain, co-manufacturers, Procurement, R&D, Innovation, Packaging Engineer and Marketing.

• Clarification of the regulation in force with the food drug authorities and local partners in order to fully ensure product compliancy, labeling accuracy, ease the registration and customs release. • Responsible of the implementation of the new European regulation (FIC) by reviewing the existing artworks, explaining cross-functionally the situation and setting-up sustainable process to assure a safe and smooth transition. • Support New Products Development agenda by checking the compliancy for Europe, Middle East and Turkish markets, ensuring follow up on certificates of registration and labeling activity to meet specific deadlines.• Key contact for sales, marketing, R&D, operations and logistic on ingredients, regulations & claims, certifications and scientific matters. • Responsible of the packaging validation, its compliancy to EU regulation (EC 1935/2004, EC 2023/2006 & EU 10/2011) and its registration in Turkey-Middle East markets.• Responsible of the Halal certification of Godiva & co-makers' plants by arranging yearly audits, checking ingredients compliancy and updating the halal certificates with newly certified products.• Collect of scientific data and authorities' opinions to perform risk assessment.

• Analyze data to define problems and opportunities by checking all the articles published in the specific field of study.• Define the strategy to handle the complexity of the research project and simplify it into small single tasks to facilitate the execution and monitoring.• Extraction and Purification of the Prickly Pear mucilage, whole chemical composition of its fractions. (LC-MS; HPLC-PAD; GC-FID; GC-MS)• Analyze the results and reevaluate the hypothesis and variables to fine tune the study. • Mentor and Supervise a student for his final graduation project by assuring a weekly progression follow up.
