- Remotely coach and assist in-store employees, franchise owners and pick-up desks agents in dealing with logistical problems, system implementation issues, and compliance with standard operating procedures when executing their duties (in-store services, inventory management and tracking, report submissions, etc.).- Conduct individual projects in order to resolve specific cases of non-compliance with internal procedures and policies from stores or pick-up desks, or to identify the source of escalated problems and issues that have remained unresolved and/or that were not sufficiently documented. - Generate and update detailed daily reports of contacts with stores and agents that do not comply with pre-established policies and procedures. Dr. DesGroseillers LaboratoryDirector, Department of Biochemistry and Molecular Medicine, University of Montreal- Studied the implication of Staufen2 in the DNA damage response pathways by inducing DNA damage using Camptothecin on two separate cell-lines : HeLa and RPE-hTert1.
