○ Answering Incoming E-mails quires from trip captains and resolve any issues within the trip via Zendesk ticketing system ○ Calculating trips and make sure that the correct amount was paid to the trip captain and compensating him back if needed with the difference . ○ Occasional outbound calls for follow-up. ○ Giving Technical Support for the trip captains to make a smooth experience trip for both the customer and the captain at the same time .
