• Direct resources in preparation for, and response to, any storm events
• Assure NERC, FERC, CIP, and other Company required training is maintained, and procedures are followed
• Facilitate response with storm centers during major storm events

• Manage 120 salaried and represented employees in the Des Moines, Waterloo, and Fort Dodge areas. Directed electric and gas servicemen, locators, meter utility, and a scheduling group, to ensure gas and electric.

• Drive improvements in customer service
• Administer bargaining unit contracts, and facilitate conflict resolution
