My name is Otis Lamar Johnson; I would like to thank you in advance for considering me as a future team member to your organization. I’m currently a full time employee at Wayne Memorial High School as the School Safety Officer and Peer Mediator. My background in Criminal Justice and as a Peer Mediator  for the last seven years, has allow me to mediate, life and professional challenges by creating effective ways of problem solving with people of various walks of life. I implement structure and experience professionally by dissecting all issues and allowing them to work itself out verbal communicating in a positive yet effective way. In my time working with various of people I’ve helped mentor students at major universities that are successful today.  You will not find a more goal oriented person than myself, I’m a person who is always striving for excellence.
