Managed a program that served school dropouts 16 to 21 years old. Students prepared for the GED, attended classes three times per week, plus six hours of career awareness and college skills classes. Students also performed 15 hours of on-site job placement, paid or volunteer. The ultimate goal of the program was to place students in full time employment and/or in a two or four college or university.

Lead in-country liaison and chief marketing officer for a multi-year, multi-million dollar cooperative development project funded by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID); marketed agricultural products (corn, tobacco, agricultural producer, consumer products); developed and implemented businesss development plans for new and existing cooperatvie business enterprises, including agricultural and consumer (grocery) cooperatives; marketed agricultural products (fertilizer, chemicals, seed, etc.)
