Mettricks Hospitality is built upon family values. Mettricks an established brand in the city, required extending awareness and maintaining the reach it already had.I used lots of adaptability while working at Mettricks i put my design skills aside at points & utilised my digital marketing skills i learnt during my apprenticeship. It was a role that kept you on your toes & required lots of time management. This is where i'd use calendars to mark certain events, offers & more. This would really help me to stay organised.A few things this job role included:Free Coffee Giveaways - One of which was a free coffee between the hours of 7am-9:30am specifically targeting the commuter for one week. The thought process behind this, is that the repetition daily would create a new habit, where they would come to Mettricks instead of a competitor.Created and executed a social media strategyCreated & designed effective email campaigns.Crafted, managed and developed newsletters.Design of Menus, Website, Posters and Leaflets.Used Analytics to improve strategies.Created & designs competition posts to drive the reach of the Social Media pages.I would conclude by saying my overall goal in these two years were to cement Mettricks coffee into the city centre.
