He is so approachable and ever interested in the affairs of everyone. He is one who you approach with a business problem and you end up discussing your personal affairs- Why? The underlying issue is not always what we think they are- he probes to unsettle your worries and boosts your confidence so much that you end up proposing the solution to the business problem you thought you could not crack.
