I'm the Head of Operations and Engineering Department proudly working for one of Deutsche Telekom Teams in Košice, Slovakia. My main responsibility is leading organization consisting of highly professional and engaged groups of people specializing in Enterprise networking, Unified Communications and Contact Center Operations (Telecommunications). I am typical former programmer, data analyst, currently IT manager and on top of that I'm an IT enthusiast who loves bringing out the best in my colleagues and helping them find professional satisfaction.My strengths lie in Leadership, streamlining processes, developing IT factory approaches using Automation and possibly AI, ensuring top-notch quality, managing major incidents (this I really hate but...), data wizardry, agile management, automation, SRE and passion for DevOps and all sorts of online tools.I have practical experience with more than 10 programming, scripting, and database languages, I'm also pretty good at talking to and understanding people - no worries there :) That's because I am very curious and output oriented.Beyond the tech world, I'm passionate about information systems in general, AI, cloud tech, virtualization, programming, automation, databases, Linux systems, and even Physics and Science.
