Founder and co-owner of Company, I’m responsible on develop business and on ensure a competitive image through the introduction of new assets and the continuos scouting of commercial and technological partners. The concept of "Next Generation Company" describes this new model of company, in which partners, managers and employees work together to reach important and ambitious goals.

As Sales Director, I worked to build Systeam Consulting brand, assuring an important support to strategic Company’s development. I took part to turn-around process of board, trough reviewing corporate image of Company on ICT market.

As Sales Director, respecting shareholders indications, I started the process of transformation of the Company from body-rental oriented to system integrator, working on principal asset in qualifying ICT offering. I also took active part on acquisition process of Systeam Consulting Group, starting from due diligence and cooperating in all phases of strategic and operative start-up.

Employed in Systeam Group since 1994, taking part of its growth and success. I worked till 1997 mainly on technical activities. From 1998 to 2000, managed Technical Support & Professional Services Team. Starting from 2001, firstly as Execution Manager, then as Account Manager, I was one of the main actors of customers portfolio diversification, acquiring important Companies in Transportations & Multiutilities markets, and also Government Units. In 2003/2004, as Media Market Sales Manager, significantly increased revenues on this area.

The real startup of my professional career in ICT. An interesting first experience on Erp and Legacy Systems in SIAE (Società Italiana Autori Editori).
