Assist supervisor on daily processor reviews,Team Lead in the FHA – Claim department, manage a staff of processors on the day to day functions of our process.• Obtain updated Title from attorney and review for clear title for HUD conveyance• Track FHA loan portfolio for outstanding issues to meet HUD timelines• Work on clearing any outstanding liens, bills or other title discrepancies as required• Complete the process of conveying FHA loans back to HUD based on Investor guidelines and timeframes.• Prepare 27011A claim forms, update DRI database for milestone dates, review for timeliness, and transmit claims through systems per guidelines. • Follow up with Attorneys, HUD representatives and Vendors for timely HUD conveyance through written and verbal communication. • Advise and lead team of processors in completing tasks timely; data integrity adherence in order to avoid any financial loss.• Review and advise staff on changes to investor guidelines.• Facilitate quarterly staff meetings and prepare minutes for staff.• Mentor to staff of processors to problem solve issues effectively and prioritize work flow and escalate to appropriate parties, as necessary. Analyze reports and review Title policy, BK Pacers and other documentation or applications as needed.
