Spearheaded IT solutions across Transport Management, eServices, and more, achieving significant growth and process maturity (CMMI). Reported directly to the CIO and was responsible for global IT strategy alignment, operations, HR, and legal functions. Played a key role in the global expansion with a new location in India and drove government collaboration to support China's software industry growth.
