Created a new corporate owned cafe vision towards concept-driven designs, executing new designs in Venice, Seattle, Dallas, Berlin, Nashville, Madrid, Waikiki, and Hollywood CA;Oversaw brand and design compliance of hotels in Atlanta, Dubai.

Established development controls, financial modeling; Assembled the design and construction team and led due diligence in the acquisition of a 214 acre lakefront property; then guided the mixed-use project having a phase I development value of over $300M through programming, Orange County Planning approval, infrastructure permitting, and building design.
