I’m a positive, effective, and adaptable leader of people, with boundary-spanning experience across financial and health care industries. Having acquired decades of leadership experience as a military officer and senior executive, I am an intrepid champion of authentic work cultures, sound business strategies, and continuous growth. With more than 20 years in the financial and health care industries, I have learned that positivity, drive, and a healthy dose of collaboration are just as important as knowing who you are and always showing up honestly. The military taught me to improve every day, look beyond the horizon, and be prepared for whatever comes next. Today, I apply all my experience to leading MOBE and serving our clients. Here at MOBE, we nurture a culture elevated by the relentless pursuit of awesome. We do this by empowering teams with the courage to go after new ideas with complete confidence in those around them and their own individual abilities. It is also about cultivating a positive environment where all of us are fully engaged and motivated to exercise a growth mindset. While credentials are important to me, achievement combined with a positive attitude is just as important. My primary aim is to build and lead strong teams who care about people and are just as dedicated as I am to serve and guide individuals to better health and more happiness—not just MOBE participants, but all people.
