Short term 3-month unpaid internship in an Estonian P2P business financing start-up. Responsibilities included building up e-mail marketing efforts (design, copy, frequency etc), managing social media and general homepage maintenance + product management.

Short-term project to volunteer in Al Aqaba village kindergarten in Occupied Palestinian Territories, teaching English language to 3 - 5 year old kids.The other part of it was to chronicle the doings and happenings of the Israeli Defense Forces in and around the village.

Main responsibilities and results:- Developed and implemented member evaluation interviews for assessing member quality and alignment with organizational values and goals.- Created new marketing initiatives for recruiting members to different programs of the organization(members, internships abroad etc).Due to challenging internal environment and working culture in the chapter in Iran, it was hard to carry on the work as an international team-member and I had to return to Estonia earlier than planned.

Main responsibilities and results:- Lead a team of 5 Vice-Presidents of AIESEC Tallinn to historic and record breaking results in the organizations 20 year history.- Was responsible for the well-being, results and continued development of an organizations local chapter with 60+ members.- At the end of the year my local chapter was awarded as the best among AIESEC local chapters in the Baltics (around 10 in total)- Developed and implemented 5-year strategic plan with the help of other board members and selected members of the organization.- Worked on and implemented board level decision making that directly impacted the results of theorganization.It is an elected position with the duration of one year.
