At Planty, I implemented Supply Chain databases, reducing about 1/3 of the estimated costs with manufacturers at the beginning of the chain. I multiplied the sales channels by 6 times in an integrated way with an ERP sales management system. I performed the scenario-based financial modeling of the company. I also implemented hybrid management practices (adaptive + predictive) following values of transparency, collaboration, cooperation, and Just Culture. I contributed critically to the strategic planning of R&D in biotechnology with a rapid prototyping bias, looking for low-complexity alternatives in technological and "green field" market scenarios, leveraging our national advantages.

At Biolinker I was in charge of innovation projects involving protein synthesis and purification, implementing new technologies to the lab that creatively agregate value to the productive process or to existent services (ex: Phage Display).

At TissueLabs, I helped with the 3D modelling and technical specification of the Bill Of Materials (BOM) of "TissueStart" first release, the company's bioprinter.

I was the company "handyman". I have done everything: agile project management, pricing, prototyping of technical solutions, experimental planning, experiment execution, patent writing, contract writing, writing and submission of grants, negotiation, financial planning, regulatory studies, recruiting, basic accountability and investor relations. If there's a operational issue, I learn what is needed and solve it.

At Bioptamers I was responsible for the company intellectual property writing, experimental planning, roadmap planing, implementation of agile method of project management and project writing for grants.

During my internship at the lab of prototyping, "InovaLab", from the department of production engineering of Poli USP, I learned various digital fabrication techniques (3D printing, laser cutting, 3D modelling), helped with the maintenance of machines, assisted various student projects and worked on the community engagement for using the lab.
