- Maintain contact with Customers regarding Pricing, Delivery, Quality, and Service.- Negotiate with Transport Companies to obtain the best Transport Prices.- Control Inventory of Chemical Products stored in Belgium.- Coordinate transport by Boat or Airfreight from Industrial Plant based in the USA.- Maintain contact with Product/Sales Managers at the Head Office in New York, USA.

- Collect Process Details and interpret them to transform into relevant Management Information for the Company's Management.- This Information includes details of Follow-Up of Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Indicators related to Operational Processes, particularly Incoming, Outgoing, and Stockholding Processes.- Record the above-gathered Information in Automated Systems, monitor It regularly, and report to the Management.

- Managing all activities related to order flow.- Monitoring order flow from imports to exports.- Communicating with operational personnel and customer service to maintain the high standard of service required by the customer.

- Knowledge of internal logistics processes and ability to handle complaints and inquiries.- Communication within DHL Air & Ocean to improve operations.- External communication with Intel to improve daily operations.- Attendance at daily operational meetings with the customer.
