Currently, I am a Project Manager after stepping up to fill the void in the PMO office. Mpact has a lot of decentralised companies that have been purchased over time. After opportunities arose in most of them and COVID lockdown down I decided to change my outlook a bit. Being a generalist, I believe it was the correct move to make to Project management. I was responsible for all SCCM, SCOM and VMware support from South Africa to AAEA countries. During my last 18 months with SIEMENS, I spent at the Turbine Plant doing both first, second and third-line support. Here most interactions were with German Engineers assisting with projects in Africa. Before that, I was employed by EOH Managed Services (EOH IMS) as a Network Administrator andwas placed at Barloworld Automotive. Before that, I was employed by Exponant as a Network Administrator and was placed at the National Treasury in Pretoria. Before that, I was also employed as the Network Administrator/Manager for CBi Electric, African Cables, based in Vereeniging.
