As a Research Analyst at DC Byte, I specialise in the DACH region (across Germany, Switzerland and Austria) focusing on the data centre industry. I worked at mediaBOX TV as Head of Social Media Marketing, on a contract between June and December 2023.As the company's first Head of SM, I began by evaluating and contrasting different management tools for the aim of long term use. Having trialled both Agorapulse and Hootsuite, I used the latter long term. I was responsible for managing and overseeing progress within some of the boroughs Cycle Confident operate in, within London.Such a role thus ranged from consulting strategy and reporting progress with clients, to arranging and sourcing jobs for instructors and mechanics, to event management.I was initially managing the boroughs of Kensington and Chelsea, Newham and Lewisham. Within a few months, though, I was entrusted with managing the two additional boroughs whom we won contracts with - in Hammersmith and Fulham and Tower Hamlets, and thus managed all five.
