Otto is a coach & consultant operating at the intersection of strategy, design, and psychology. At the heart of his work lies a deep-rooted desire to improve people’s lived experiences and unleash their potential. He worked at agencies and consultancies in human-centered strategy & insights development, customer experience design, and organizational transformation roles. Yet his career also shows a secondary spike in personal transformation, teaching, advising and supporting student success at higher education institutions. It is this secondary spike that has become Otto's career ‘major’.Currently, Otto is a BBA Career Coach at the Red McCombs School of Business at The University of Texas at Austin, delivering on 1-1 coaching, teaching a section of the BA101: Career Planning and Professional Development course, planning and delivering events & workshops, as well as delivering program management.
