Extensive experience in VSAT, Networking, Telecommunications, and Navigational Systems of Tankers and Cargo vessels. Database managing and Part of a team dedicated to offering 24-hour support on installations, servicing, troubleshooting, and coordinating vessel attendances worldwide. Have personally attended more than 50 vessels, and also attended both Intelsat and Inmarsat data centers for infrastructure upgrades.

Responsible for handling Plan Maintenance System on a fleet of more than 50 vessels, assisting in Database buildup of new vessels, supporting and assisting in troubleshooting, repairing, installing VSAT, Navigational Systems, and Computer Networks onboard. Personally attended more than 80 Vessels in the past 7 years for various technical reasons. Performed personal training of the top 4 (Captain, Chief Officer, Chief Engineer, 2nd Engineer) regarding Cybersecurity, and our PMS system used onboard called PAL. Coordinated attendances with vessels, superintendents, owners, and agents.

Offering technical support to a fleet of vessels including Oil/Gas/Chemical tankers and General cargo, responsibe of maintaining and troubleshooting all internal computer’s network, communication systems, navigational devices such as SATC, GPS, Windspeed indicators, and ECDIS, also Satellite communication devices (Fleet broadband – Satellite Internet -VSAT), Tank radars, navigational software and other electronic systems.Responsible of troubleshooting, installation and support of the company’s management system on board the vessels.Responsible of the Plan Maintenance System of the company’s management system ashore, with extended experience working hand by hand with Mariapps developers’ team.Development of an on board IT Support and Automatic Inventory data collecting system, using C# and MySQL, deployment in more than 15 vessels of the company. 2nd Price award winner for this particular project.
